Mint Box Mini Pro, Debian OS

I am going to buy Mint Box Mini Pro preloaded with Mint, may I use a debian OS loaded from usb stick from time to time?

As long as the device supports booting from a USB flash drive,
there should be nothing stopping you from doing so.

Just be sure to actually use the debian live ISO instead of
the netinstaller ISO.
