Here's a fresh and good video how good gaming on Linux works in 2019. While I do game on Linux, I have to admit it's even better now than I expected. I highly recommend checking it out. I think you'll be surprised. The era of using Windows, containerized (VFIO) or not, for gaming is coming to an end (and Microsoft knows it).

Yeah! after i had installed Steam-play and added all the necessary library's, almost all my games worked!! I think that i started using Linux at exactly the right time!!
