Cannot boot to Windows after restoring a Timeshift backup

I recently dual booted Windows and Linux Mint.

After using it for a few days, Linux Mint said that there weren't much space left in my disk. So I rebooted to Windows and shrank my C drive. Then after booting back to Linux, I couldn't log in.
If I entered my password, it just threw me back to the login screen. Then, I restored a Timeshift backup from a live USB drive. After that, it no longer shows me the
screen where I can choose to boot from Windows or Linux. I tried a boot repair (with the boot repair program), but it didn't work. Also, my files are still in the drive, I just can't boot to Windows.
