BlackMATE and Debian 10
#1
I have been using the BlackMATE theme with Debian 10 and I really like it, but I have an issue with the panel. when you open more than 3 applications, the date/time is pushed out past the edge of the screen, cutting out information like seconds. Is there a way you can open more than 3 applications without the date/time being cut off like that?, or do I need to move the application to a different workspace to prevent the cut-off, making sure that I have a maximum of 3?

You can create an additional Panel and move Window List to it...

sorry, I don't know another method.
I use the traditional 2 Panel layout and don't encounter that issue... and I could not duplicated it here either. The new tabs shrink as needed without issue.
Where did you get the Theme from, maybe the developer can help.

The theme is already included with Debian, so I don't know who made it.

hmmm... it may be a known bug in Mate
Not too sure how to file a bug report.

start here: https://mate-desktop.org/community/
might find something in the mate wiki

or go to the Debian forum: http://forums.debian.net/
