Mint & Future Of Gaming

To my understanding, Mint is not going to support 32 bit in the future but will still support 32 bit for Wine and other gaming purposes. Therefore Linux Mint will not support 32 bit applications unless it is within Wine? Is that correct? Therefore Linux Mint can still be a distro that is used for gaming.

No. Mint will still support 32bit applications even if they are not in wine.
